Dr. Courtney Deer is an Arizona native that grew up in the East Valley. She went to University of Arizonafor her undergraduate career and is still a die-hard UofA fan.She travelled to Mississippi to attendMississippi State University for veterinary school. There she discovered her love for crawfish andandouille. She moved back to Arizona shortly after graduation and completed an internship with aCritical Care and Emergency focus at Blue Pearl Veterinary Centers.Dr. Deer enjoys fitness as her hobby. She is a nationally ranked powerlifter and has competed in figurecompetitions. She also enjoys hiking and spending most of her time outdoors. She is also the fur mom of3 cats–Crookshanks, Bartemius Crouch and Mad Eye Moody, as well as a Carolina dog named Luna.
