Dr. Aimee DeAnda graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science before moving to Arizona to attend Midwestern University to graduate with her degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2023.

Dr. DeAnda has a cat named Dr. Odin Wink. He is very profound in biscuit making and giving comfort to anyone who enters his home. His dog brother Watson is a floppy boy and is ready for attention whenever someone walks into the room. Currently waiting to join her from Texas are her two ferrets Sadie Mae and Bear Bear. They’re always ready to make trouble and make a great stinky addition to any family.

Exotic pets have always been a special interest to Dr. DeAnda, and she hopes to not only bring quality medicine to our small animal patients but also offer care to our exotic pets in the future.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in the gym working toward her bodybuilding goals, outdoors, and being creative in the kitchen. Any other time is spent strengthening relationships with loved ones and close friends.
